<![CDATA[This research examines the development of UNO Budaya card media as an innovative learning medium and aims to increase learning interest and learning outcomes of fourth grade primary school students. The purpose of this scientific study is to develop, test the feasibility, and describe the effectiveness of UNO Culture in increasing the interest and learning outcomes of fourth grade students, in Social Science subjects. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data was obtained through qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, observations, questionnaires, and pretest-posttest instruments. The data analysis in this study uses T-test and N-Gain to measure the increase in learning interest and learning outcomes, which of course before doing both tests, a normality test is first carried out. This research shows that UNO Budaya media is suitable for use with an average feasibility score of 91.90% based on validation by media experts, material experts, and teacher practitioners. In addition, the N-Gain pretest-posttest value of 0.621 on a small scale and on a small scale pretest and 0.584 on a large scale is also included in the medium category. The results of the T test showed the value of Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05, so there was a significant difference between the results of the learning interest questionnaire before and after the use of media, as well as between the results of the pretest and posttest. Therefore, it can be concluded that the UNO Budaya media is effective and worth using to increase the interest and learning results of class IV students in IPAS subjects.]]>
