This study aims to describe the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by the Educational Flip Bottle media and to analyze its impact on students’ motivation and learning outcomes in the Al-Qur’an Hadith subject at MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri. The study is grounded in the theory of cooperative learning, which emphasizes teamwork, positive competition, and student-centered learning activities to enhance motivation, engagement, and academic achievement. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving 35 eleventh-grade female students as the research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings revealed that the implementation of the TGT model assisted by the Educational Flip Bottle media significantly improved students’ learning motivation and achievement. In the pre-cycle stage, the average score was only 50.28, with a learning mastery rate of 10% or only 3 students achieving the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM) of 75. After the implementation of TGT in Cycle I, the mastery rate increased to 50%. Furthermore, in Cycle II, the average score rose to 80, and the mastery rate reached 94%, with 33 students meeting the KKM. These findings indicate that integrating the TGT model with the Educational Flip Bottle media effectively creates an active, collaborative, and enjoyable learning environment, thereby improving students’ motivation and learning outcomes in Al-Qur’an Hadith. This study contributes to the development of innovative, contextual, and student-oriented instructional strategies in Islamic education.
