This study aims to determine students' academic anxiety level, identify their thesis completion progress, and analyze whether a significant relationship exists between academic anxiety and thesis completion. A quantitative method with a descriptive-correlational approach was used. The population consisted of 186 active students from the Class of 2022, with 94 respondents selected through Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Results showed that the majority of students fell into the "High" anxiety category with 46 respondents (48.9%), followed by the "Moderate" category with 40 respondents (42.6%). For thesis completion, most students were in the "Moderate" category with 64 respondents (68.0%). Based on the Spearman's Rho correlation test, a correlation coefficient of -0.272 was obtained with a significance value of p < 0.001, indicating a negative relationship with a low degree of closeness. It is concluded that there is a significant and negative relationship between academic anxiety and thesis completion among Sport and Health Education students, Class of 2022, Universitas Jambi, meaning that the higher the academic anxiety, the lower the thesis completion level.
