<![CDATA[Pondok pesantren is an Islamic educational institution that plays a strategic role in shaping the religious character of its students through the integration of Islamic values and structured guidance and counseling services. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of a counseling program in the process of forming the religious character of students at Pondok Pesantren Hubbul Qur'an Diwek Jombang. The problems examined in this study included: (1) how the counseling program was implemented in shaping the religious character of students, and (2) what factors supported and hindered the implementation of the program. This study employed a qualitative approach using an ethnographic research design. This approach was applied to obtain holistic descriptive data through direct observation of the daily lives, behaviors, and habitual patterns of social groups in their natural settings, in accordance with the local social and cultural context.
