The rapid advancement of educational technology requires teachers to develop innovative learning resources that facilitate meaningful learning experiences. This study aimed to develop an electronic student worksheet (e-LKPD) based on the Reading, Questioning, and Answering (RQA) model integrated with a Deep Learning approach on the excretory system topic for Grade XI senior high school students. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, limited to the Analyze, Design, and Development stages. The research involved material experts, media experts, biology teachers, university students, and senior high school students. Data were collected through validation sheets and practicality questionnaires and analyzed descriptively. The results indicated that the developed e-LKPD achieved an average validity score of 3.57 categorized as very valid and an average practicality score of 3.72 categorized as very practical. The developed product facilitates active learning through reading activities, critical questioning, and reflective answering while supporting mindful, meaningful, and joyful learning experiences. Therefore, the e-LKPD is feasible to be implemented as a digital learning resource in biology learning.
