<![CDATA[This study aimed to describe the school management strategy based on the Education Report Card in improving students’ reading literacy through the School Literacy Movement Program at SD Katolik Diakonia Jakarta. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research participants consisted of the principal, teachers, literacy coordinators, and students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings revealed that the school management strategy was implemented through four management functions: planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. During the planning stage, the school utilized Education Report Card data to identify students’ reading literacy problems and develop programs that addressed their needs. The organizing stage involved the participation of teachers, literacy coordinators, librarians, and parents. The literacy program was implemented through a 15-minute daily reading habit, reading corners, library enhancement, and thematic literacy activities. Evaluation was conducted regularly through supervision and monitoring based on indicators contained in the Education Report Card. The results showed an increase in students’ reading interest, participation in literacy activities, and the involvement of teachers and parents in supporting a literacy culture within the school.]]>
