<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the principal’s strategy in planning disciplinary programs to build student character at SMK Darussalam Pamulang. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The participants consisted of the principal, vice principal for student affairs, counseling teachers, teachers, and students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of observations, it shows that the implementation of the discipline program for students at SMK Darussalam Pamulang has been carried out well through planning, implementation, supervision, assessment, punishment and rewards. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that the principal’s strategy involved developing school regulations, establishing a disciplinary team, implementing habituation programs, strengthening character education, and conducting regular evaluations. The implementation of these programs positively contributed to students’ discipline, responsibility, and compliance with school regulations, Supporting factors included the commitmen of school members and parental support, while inhibiting factors included low student awareness and external environmental influences.]]>
