<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the low level of students’ creativity in Economics learning, which was reflected in students’ limited ability to express ideas, think flexibly, generate original ideas, and elaborate ideas in detail. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning model in improving senior high school students’ creativity in Economics subjects. This study used a pre-experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample consisted of students of class X B at SMA Al-Huda Pekanbaru selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through observation and students’ creativity questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, normality test, paired sample t-test, and N-Gain test with the assistance of SPSS 25. The results showed that the implementation of the Project Based Learning model was effective in improving students’ creativity. The improvement was reflected in students’ fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration skills. In addition, students became more active, creative, and engaged in the learning process. Therefore, the Project Based Learning model can be used as an alternative learning model to improve students’ creativity in Economics learning.]]>
