Physics learning about sound waves is often limited by abstract concepts, resulting in low student conceptual understanding. This study aims to describe students' conceptual understanding after using Technology Pedagogy Content Knowledge (TPACK)-based worksheets and to determine its effectiveness in eleventh-grade students at SMAN 1 Rupat. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental posttest-only control group design. The study population consisted of all eleventh-grade students at SMAN 1 Rupat in the 2025/2026 academic year. Sampling was conducted using a cluster random sampling technique, which determined class XI.2 as the experimental group (32 students) taught using TPACK-based worksheets and class XI.4 as the control group (26 students) taught using conventional methods. Data were collected through a multiple-choice posttest consisting of 21 items measuring translation, interpretation, and extrapolation indicators. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the experimental class achieved a higher overall average score of 83.04 (High category) compared to the control class of 77.66 (High category). Inferential analysis using the Independent Sample T-Test yielded a significance value of 0.008, which is smaller than 0.05, indicating a significant difference in conceptual understanding between the two classes. Furthermore, the calculation of the effect size using the Cohen's d formula obtained a value of 0.73, included in the medium effect category. Based on these empirical findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of TPACK-based worksheets is effective in improving the conceptual understanding of sound waves of eleventh-grade students at SMAN 1 Rupat.
