<![CDATA[Civic Education plays a strategic role in developing democratic, responsible, and constitutionally aware citizens in line with the principles outlined in the Republic of Indonesia's 1945 Constitution. However, globalization, the digital era, and the declining legal awareness among young people have created challenges in implementing constitutional values within educational settings. The purpose of this study is to examine how the 1945 Constitution's principles are used in civic education at secondary schools, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and examine their contribution to students' constitutional awareness. This study used a descriptive method in conjunction with a qualitative approach. Information was gathered using literature reviews, observations of learning practices, and documentation, and were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings reveal that constitutional values are implemented through three main dimensions: integration into classroom learning, strengthening democratic school culture, and encouraging student participation in democratic activities. Supporting factors include teacher competence, democratic school culture, the application of the Pancasila Student Profile with the Merdeka Curriculum Increasing Project Strength. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of the dominance of cognitive-oriented learning, limited teacher competence, low digital literacy, and inadequate contextual teaching materials. The study determines that the application of constitutional values significantly contributes to strengthening students' legal awareness, democratic attitudes, and civic responsibility as citizens.]]>
