<![CDATA[This study aims to: (1) examine the role of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in enhancing students’ discipline in worship at MTs Muhammadiyah Pokobulo, Jeneponto Regency, and (2) identify the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the role of PAI teachers in improving students’ worship discipline. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that PAI teachers play a crucial role in fostering students’ discipline in worship. Their primary roles include: (1) guiding students in performing worship through Qur’anic studies and congregational prayers; (2) educating students using persuasive and empathetic approaches; and (3) serving as role models by actively practicing worship. Supporting factors include active teacher involvement, collaboration among subject teachers, a humanistic approach, and structured worship programs. Inhibiting factors consist of students’ low awareness, external environmental influences, and adolescent emotional instability. Nevertheless, continuous guidance has significantly improved students’ spiritual awareness and worship discipline.]]>
