This study describes the holistic educational management model implemented at Albanna School Bali, aimed at integrating the National Curriculum with a Qur’an-and-Sunnah-based curriculum to realize the school’s vision of producing religious, excellent, and globally competitive graduates. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, participatory observation of teaching and learning processes and supporting facilities, and document analysis of policies, organizational structure, and school programs. Findings indicate that a hierarchically functional organizational structure and centralized governance coordination strengthen the consistency of curricular and operational implementation across educational levels; curricular integration is operationalized by specific pedagogical methods such as the Wafa method and right-brain approaches that support a structured Tahfidz program for reading, understanding, practicing, and memorizing the Qur’an. The bilingual program serves as a pedagogical innovation that enhances students’ foreign language communication skills and critical thinking capacities, although it requires competent bilingual teachers; comprehensive facilities including a Griya Qur’an, library, laboratories, sport center, health unit, Albanna Mart, WIFI network, and CCTV support holistic learning despite limited land that has led to separated buildings for PAUD through SMA within the school complex. Student admission procedures incorporate motor readiness assessment and special-needs screening to facilitate inclusive placement, while quality assurance is maintained through principal performance appraisal and integrated periodic evaluations linked to selective teacher recruitment. Main recommendations are capacity building for bilingual and inclusive education teachers, development of integrated SOPs for multi-site operations, and medium-term planning for space optimization or land acquisition to sustain holistic educational delivery.
