<![CDATA[This study examines the Tahkim event in the Battle of Shiffin during the leadership of Ali bin Abi Talib and its relevance to the teaching of Islamic Cultural History (Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam/SKI) in madrasahs. The study aims to describe the Tahkim event, analyze the leadership values demonstrated by Ali bin Abi Talib, and explain their implementation in SKI learning. This research employed a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings indicate that the Tahkim event was not only related to political conflict in Islamic history, but also contained educational values such as justice, deliberation, wisdom, patience, and responsibility. These values are relevant to be implemented in SKI learning as an effort to foster students’ character development in madrasahs. Furthermore, value-based SKI learning can help students understand Islamic history reflectively and apply moral values in their daily lives.]]>
