Abstract

Affective learning in elementry schools requires teacher to understand and accommodate the differences in learning styles of each student, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. Howeaver, in its implementation, many teachers still apply uniform learning and do not pay attention to the diversity of student learning styles, so the learning process is not optimal. Therefore, a learning approach is needed that can accommodate the diversity of student learning styels, one of which is through differentiated learning as an effort to accommodate the diversity of student learning styles in elementry shcools. This study uses the systematic literature review (SLR) method with the article selection process refering to the PRISMA (preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) guidelines. The search was conducted through several database and obtained 560 articles in the initial indectification stage. Then, after going through several stages of filtering based on inclusion and exclusion, 12 articles were obtained that met the requirements for analysis. The result of this study indicate that differentiated learning has a positive impact in accomodating the diversity of learning styles of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic students, and has been proven to improve learning outcames, motivation, involment and activeness of student in elementary schools.
