<![CDATA[The Special Talent Program in the arts at SMAN 2 Tambun Selatan serves as a platform for developing students' interests and talents in music, dance, theater, and visual arts through regular practice, exhibitions, concerts, competitions, art exhibitions, and publication of student works. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation involving curriculum staff, program supervisors, teachers, homeroom teachers, students, and alumni. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings show that students' academic balance is managed through art activity scheduling, academic dispensation, grade monitoring, and coordination among relevant stakeholders. These strategies enable students to fulfill their academic responsibilities while developing their artistic potential. The program outcomes include maintained academic achievement, improved artistic talent and achievement, strengthened character and soft skills, and meaningful experiences for students and alumni. The success of the Special Talent Program is shaped not only by students' artistic ability but also by the school's management strategy in balancing talent development and academic demands.]]>
