<![CDATA[Instilling religious values is an important effort in shaping the character of students in the school environment. Religious extracurricular activities serve as a training tool that focuses not only on theoretical understanding of religion but also on cultivating religious attitudes and behaviors in daily life. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study conducted at SMPN 7 Karawang Barat. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving Islamic Religious Education teachers, religious extracurricular instructors, and students as research informants. The results of the study indicate that religious extracurricular activities play an important role in shaping the religious character of students through Quranic recitation activities, Islamic studies, da'wah training, and religious-based social activities. The religious values developed include discipline in worship, responsibility, politeness, and social awareness. Supporting factors for activities come from the support of the school, teachers, and a religious school environment, while inhibiting factors include limited time for implementation and the influence of the environment outside the school. Religious extracurricular activities have been proven to be an effective means of internalizing religious values when implemented consistently and integrated with the school culture.]]>
