<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the role of Civic Education in fostering justice-oriented legal awareness among elementary school students, identify effective learning strategies, and examine the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research employed a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected from various scholarly sources, including journal articles, books, and documents relevant to the research topic, and were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings indicate that Civic Education plays a significant role in developing legal awareness through the understanding of rights and obligations, the internalization of justice values, and the cultivation of character traits such as discipline, responsibility, and honesty. Effective learning strategies include discussions, case studies, simulations, and the habituation of a disciplined school culture. The successful development of legal awareness is supported by teachers’ role modeling, a conducive school environment, and family support. Conversely, limited legal understanding, low parental involvement, and the influence of the social environment serve as inhibiting factors.]]>
