The low level of students' science process skills in integrated science (IPAS) learning is caused by teacher-centered instruction and limited innovative teaching materials. This study aims to produce a STEAM-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) that is valid, practical, and effective in improving science process skills on the topic of types of forces and their effects in Grade IV at SD Negeri Mayangan 4. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Research subjects consisted of a subject-matter expert, a media expert, a Grade IV teacher, and 10 Grade IV students. Data were collected through validation sheets, response questionnaires, observation, interviews, and pretest-posttest. Data were analyzed descriptively using feasibility percentages and the N-Gain test. Results showed that subject-matter expert validation obtained 86.25% (highly feasible), media expert validation 96.25% (highly feasible), practitioner validation 97.5% (highly practical), and student response 96.5% (highly effective). The N-Gain test yielded a mean score of 0.80 (high category), indicating a significant improvement in science process skills after using the worksheet. It is concluded that the STEAM-based LKPD is feasible and effective for use in IPAS learning on the topic of types of forces and their effects in Grade IV elementary school.
