<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine how Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) is applied to improve students' critical thinking skills regarding division in elementary school. The RME approach emphasizes the use of real-world contexts and everyday experiences as a starting point for mathematics learning, enabling students to understand concepts effectively. This study utilized a library study, which involved reviewing literature, scientific journals, and research findings related to the use of RME and critical thinking skills. The study's findings indicate that using RME can improve students' critical thinking skills. This is demonstrated by students' ability to draw logical conclusions, understand contextual problems, develop problem-solving strategies, and evaluate their learning outcomes. The RME approach helps students understand division as a process of grouping and dividing in real-life situations.]]>
