<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership of school principals, organizational culture, and work motivation on teacher performance at Private Senior High Schools in Korwil 11, Bogor Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method and a causal associative research design. The population consisted of 370 teachers from private senior high schools in Korwil 11, Bogor Regency. A sample of 192 teachers was determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error and selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. The research variables included transformational leadership of school principals, organizational culture, work motivation, and teacher performance. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability before being administered. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software, including descriptive and inferential statistical analyses. Classical assumption tests consisting of normality, linearity, and homogeneity tests were performed prior to hypothesis testing. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses, while the t-test and F-test were employed to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on teacher performance. The findings are expected to provide empirical evidence regarding the effects of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation on teacher performance and contribute to improving educational quality in private senior high schools in Korwil 11, Bogor Regency.]]>
