Physical fitness plays an important role in supporting the health, growth, and learning performance of elementary school students. This study aimed to analyze the physical fitness levels of Grade III, IV, and V students at SDN Percobaan 1 Malang using the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKSI). A quantitative descriptive survey was conducted involving 84 students selected through total sampling. Data were collected through TKSI and analyzed using descriptive percentages. The results showed that Grade III and IV students were predominantly in the good category (41.99% and 44.29%, respectively), while Grade V students were mostly in the poor category (34%). These findings indicate that the physical fitness levels of Grade III and IV students were better than those of Grade V students. The differences may be related to physical activity levels, sedentary behavior, gadget use, and academic workload. Therefore, schools and families need to encourage regular physical activity and active lifestyles to improve students’ physical fitness.
