<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the Poster Comment method on the learning effectiveness of Package B learners at PKBM Laskar Pelangi. The study was motivated by the low level of learners' participation during the learning process, which has affected their learning effectiveness. The Poster Comment method was selected because it encourages learners to observe posters, provide comments, express opinions, participate in discussions, and present their ideas actively, thereby creating a more interactive and student-centered learning environment. This study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental method with a One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The research sample consisted of 28 Package B learners at PKBM Laskar Pelangi. Data were collected using learning achievement tests administered before the treatment (pretest) and after the treatment (posttest). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The findings revealed that the mean pretest score of 59.29 increased to 80.71 in the posttest. The normality test indicated that both pretest and posttest data were not normally distributed, with significance values of 0.006 and 0.029, respectively. Therefore, hypothesis testing was conducted using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, which produced an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (<0.05). These results indicate that the Poster Comment method has a significant effect on the learning effectiveness of Package B learners at PKBM Laskar Pelangi. The findings suggest that the Poster Comment method can serve as an effective instructional alternative to improve learning outcomes while promoting active participation in non-formal education.]]>
