<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in the ecosystem topic of the Science and Social Studies (IPAS) subject. The learning process tended to be teacher-centered and relied heavily on the texbooks, resulting in low student engagement and motivation. This research aimed to develop an interactive powerpoint learning media that is valid, practical, and effective in improving students learning outcomes. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evalution stages. The research subjects included media experts, material experts, fifth-grade teachers, and students of SD Inpres Perumnas 2 Kota Kupang City as the experimental class and SD Inpres Perumnas 3 Kota Kupang City as the control class. Data were collected through validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning achievement tests. The data were analyzed using validity analysis, practicality analysis, normality testing, homogeneity testing, Independent Sample t-test, and N-Gain analysis. The results indicated the developed interactive powerpoint learning media achieved an average validity score of 84.09%, categorized as valid. The practicality assessment obtained an average score of 85.9%, categorized as very practical. The hypothesis testing showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the experimental and control groups. Furthermore, the N-Gain score of the experimental class was 0.74 (high category), while the control class obtained 0.30 (moderate category). Therefore, the developed interactive powerpoint learning media is valid, practical, and effective in improving students learning outcomes in ecosystem learning.]]>
