<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership of school principals in improving the quality of education at SDIT DOD Medan. Transformational leadership emphasizes inspiration, motivation, and empowerment of all school community members. This research employs a qualitative approach with field research methodology. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source, technique, and time triangulation. The results indicate that the principal of SDIT DOD Medan applies four dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The implementation of this model significantly contributes to improving educational quality encompassing input, process, and output quality, while also enhancing teachers' professional performance.]]>
