This study aimed to examine the effect of using Spatial Exploration learning media on improving the spatial thinking ability of students at SMAN 7 Padang. This research employed a quasi-experimental method using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of Class XI F6 as the experimental group and Class XI F7 as the control group, selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data on students' spatial thinking ability were collected through a test and analyzed using an independent samples t-test. The results showed that the use of Spatial Exploration learning media had a significant positive effect on the spatial thinking ability of students in Class XI F6 at SMAN 7 Padang. The mean posttest score of the experimental group was 85.06, while that of the control group was 71.69.
