<![CDATA[This study examines Human Resource Management based on the Love-Based Curriculum (Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta/KBC) in improving teachers’ work culture in madrasahs. The study is motivated by the need to strengthen teachers’ professionalism, work ethics, collaboration, and character amid the challenges of contemporary education. The implementation of KBC emphasizes values of compassion, empathy, respect, and responsibility, which are expected to influence the management of human resources and create a positive work culture within educational institutions. The objective of this research is to analyze how KBC-based human resource management contributes to the development of teachers’ work culture in madrasahs. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review method. Data were collected from books, scientific journals, government regulations, and relevant academic publications discussing human resource management, educational leadership, work culture, and the Love-Based Curriculum. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify patterns, concepts, and relationships among variables. The findings indicate that KBC-based human resource management positively contributes to improving teachers’ work culture through value-based recruitment, continuous professional development, participatory leadership, and performance evaluation grounded in humanistic principles. Furthermore, the integration of love, mutual respect, and collaboration fosters a supportive educational environment, strengthens teachers’ commitment, and enhances the overall quality of learning in madrasahs. Therefore, KBC serves as a strategic framework for developing sustainable and value-oriented human resource management in Islamic educational institutions.]]>
