Abstract

Technology water and rainfall in doing to reduce soil water deficit in the soil. The technology is bio-pore that formed living things, such as soil fau-na and crop roots. This study uses a single factor randomized block design environment (RBD). The factor studied was the Bio-pore Infiltration Hole (BIH), which is filled with organic matter. The treatment was repeated 4 times, so that 20 experimental units were obtained. The treat-ments consisted of A (without BIH) as a control, B (BIH + Dry leaves), C (BIH + cow dung), D (BIH + chicken manure), and E (LR B + cow manure). Napier grass cropped with a spacing of 50 x 50 cm2 that was observed for variables of crop height, wet weight and dry weight of crops per bun-dle. The ground water content is measured with soil boring, and rainfall is measured with an ombro-meter. The study was conducted in the Experi-mental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sei Riam Village, Pelaihari Sub-district, Tanah Laut Regency, with a time of 2 months from November to December 2019. Rainfall in November and December was 127.85 mm and 637.8 mm with uneven distribution. The ground water content in treatments BIH + cow dung, BIH + cow dung, BIH + chicken manure, and BIH + cow manure is different from without BIH because it is without or-ganic matter so that its ability to retain water is small and its content is also less. Growth of crop height variable between 187.16 to 191.85 cm, wet weight in the range of 12.1 kg / m2 - a 14.9 kg / m2, and the dry weight in the range of 3.9 kg / m2 - 4.6 kg / m2, so treatments B, C, D, and E gave the best response compared to A which generates crop height about 172.78 cm, 7.3 kg / m2 wet weight and 2.4 kg / m2 dry weight.

Abstract

The teaching performance of teachers in Indonesia has not yet reached a satisfactory level, despite various programs launched by the government. According to a UNESCO survey (Muslim, 2013), the quality of teaching performance of Indonesian teachers ranks 14th out of 14 developing countries, indicating that their performance remains below expectations. Factors such as education level, teaching supervision, training programs, conducive work environments, infrastructure, physical and mental conditions, school leadership, welfare assurance, and managerial skills contribute to this low performance (Fauza, 2010). Among these factors, supervision and motivation play a crucial role in improving teacher performance. Supervision conducted by experts in the field serves to provide guidance and improvement, ensuring that the teaching and learning process can be carried out effectively and with high quality (Engkoswara and Komariah, 2011). This study aims to explore the impact of supervision and motivation on enhancing teaching performance among teachers in Indonesia.

Abstract

The evaluation and supervision system has a big impact on the implementation of learning, meaning that the learning strategy and its implementation are very dependent on the evaluation system in place and the supervision carried out. Therefore, this research will present the meaning of clinical supervision, goals of clinical supervision, characteristics of clinical supervision, and principles of clinical supervision. The method used is the literature study method through collecting books, previous research and articles. The results show that the application of clinical supervision in learning is very helpful in improving the quality of learning by providing direct guidance to educators or practitioners in the field. Clinical supervision focuses on monitoring, assessing and coaching to identify strengths and areas for improvement, with the aim of supporting professional development. Through this approach, educators can obtain constructive feedback, reflection on their practice, and more targeted support in overcoming challenges in the field. Overall, the application of clinical supervision can improve skills, knowledge and quality of teaching, as well as create a more effective learning environment for students

Abstract

This study aims to describe quality management innovation through stakeholder collaboration at SD Negeri 011 Samarinda Seberang. The research method used was qualitative with a case study approach, where data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The research subjects included principals, teachers, staff, parents, and community representatives. The results showed that stakeholder collaboration has increased active participation in the quality management process, with the level of participation in evaluation meetings becoming more enthusiastic. In addition, the quality of the learning process has improved thanks to resource support and collaboration programs such as “Smart Class” and “Teacher and Parent Workshop”. Student learning outcomes have also shown significant improvement, with the average semester exam score rising from 70 to 80. School resource management has become more effective thanks to financial and material contributions from stakeholders, while a strong and inclusive culture of collaboration has been created through initiatives such as the “Cerdas Mandiri Committee” and the “Education Discussion Forum”. The findings support the Total Quality Management (TQM) theory that emphasizes the importance of stakeholder collaboration in improving education quality. The study recommends developing a stakeholder collaboration model that can be adopted by other schools, as well as increasing stakeholders' active participation through supportive programs and policies. Thus, stakeholder collaboration is proven as an effective strategy to improve quality management in primary schools.
