<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the conditions of digital literacy integration in Civics (PPKn) learning and the factors influencing the formation of students' social media ethics at SMK Sore Tulungagung. This research employs a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results indicate that digital literacy integration is implemented systematically through Problem-Based Learning (PBL) module planning, selective implementation combining print media and gadgets, and affective evaluation focusing on self-control. Influencing factors include internal dimensions (cognitive capacity and teachers as moral navigators), external dimensions (family and peer groups), and emotional dimensions (adolescent psychology). The study concludes that digital literacy integration in Civics serves as a crucial preventive instrument to form wise digital citizenship characters in accordance with Pancasila values]]>
