This study aims to analyze the strategies used by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in managing the learning behavior of students with special needs at SDN Ramban Wetan 01. The focus of this study includes understanding the characteristics of students with special needs, implementing inclusive classroom management, and collaborating to create a supportive learning environment. This study is important because managing the learning behavior of students with special needs requires adaptive and humanistic strategies so that the learning process can take place effectively, in a conducive atmosphere, and in accordance with the students’ needs. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, while data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation involving PAI teachers, homeroom teachers, and the school principal as research informants. The findings indicate that strategies employed by Islamic Religious Education teachers such as understanding student characteristics, applying a humanistic approach to classroom management, and fostering collaboration with the school community can support the management of students with special needs’ learning behavior more effectively. The implications of this study highlight the importance of strengthening teachers’ competencies in inclusive education and developing a supportive learning environment for students with special needs. This study also contributes to the advancement of research in the field of inclusive education, particularly in the context of Islamic Religious Education, and serves as a reference for designing learning strategies that are more adaptive, inclusive, and student-centered. Therefore, this study recommends enhancing teacher training and strengthening collaboration among schools, teachers, and parents to create a more optimal inclusive learning environment.
