This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Family Empowerment and Welfare Program (PKK) in Poris Plawad Indah Village, Tangerang City. The study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that the PKK program has been implemented through routine coordination and communication, but still faces obstacles in information dissemination, limited resources, low community participation, and suboptimal inter-agency coordination. Therefore, capacity building of cadres, strengthening of communication, and synergy between institutions are needed to increase the effectiveness of the community empowerment program.
