This study aims to develop a website-based learning evaluation tool using the Certificate Quiz feature on Flippity.net, analyze the product's feasibility, and determine students' responses to its use in bank reconciliation material. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of the study were grade XI students of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. The product's feasibility was assessed by evaluation experts and graphic experts, while user responses were obtained through student questionnaires. The results showed that the developed evaluation tool obtained a very feasible category with a validation percentage of 94% from evaluation experts and 100% from graphic experts. Student responses showed a very good category with a percentage of 100%, which indicates that the media is easy to use, interesting, and able to increase students' enthusiasm in participating in learning evaluations. Thus, the Certificate Quiz-based learning evaluation tool on Flippity.net is declared suitable for use as an evaluation medium for bank reconciliation material in grade XI SMK
