Abstract

Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk menekan penyebaran virus COVID-19 di Indonesia adalah kebijakan bekerja dari rumah (WFH). Penerapan kebijakan ini disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing instansi sehingga masih terdapat karyawan yang tetap harus bekerja dari kantor (WFO). Kebijakan Universitas Negeri Surabaya terkait aturan tersebut berupa penjadwalan masuk kerja karyawan agar kegiatan pelayanan kampus tetap dapat berjalan dengan optimal. Hal ini menyebabkan karyawan Universitas Negeri Surabaya memiliki peluang yang lebih besar untuk terjangkit virus COVID-19 sehingga diperlukan upaya peningkatan imunitas tubuh agar dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan selama pandemi COVID-19. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui tahap persiapan, tahap indentifikasi masalah, tahap pengadaan dan penyaluran, serta tahap monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembagian bantuan sembako dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam upaya peningkatan imunitas tubuh untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan selama pandemi COVID-19. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari rata-rata hasil respon penerima sembako sebanyak 78,22% merasa sangat puas dengan pemberian sembako sehingga kegiatan ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja karyawan, kebijakan bekerja dari rumah, imunitas tubuh, pandemi Covid-19, Abstract The government has implemented the work from home (WFH) to reduce the spread out of the COVID-19 in Indonesia. This policy is tailored to the needs of each agency so that there are still employees who still have to work from office (WFO). The Surabaya State University policy regarding these rules is in the form of scheduling employee work attendance so that campus service activities can continue to run optimally. This causes Surabaya State University employees to have a greater chance of contracting the COVID-19 virus so that efforts to increase body immunity are needed in order to optimize employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. This service activity is carried out through the preparation stage, the problem identification stage, the procurement and distribution stage, and the monitoring and evaluation stage. The results of this activity indicate that the distribution of basic food assistance can be used as an alternative in efforts to increase body immunity to optimize employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is indicated by the average response results of foodstuff recipients as much as 78.22% who feel very satisfied with the provision of basic foodstuffs so that this activity is in accordance with the needs in improving employee performance.Keywords:  Covid-19 pandemic, employee performance, body immunity, work from home

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the readiness of prospective teachers for Vocational High Schools in dealing with the world of work in the 4th industrial era when viewed from teaching skills and technological mastery abilities. This study is evaluative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study consisted of 1,725 students at Universitas Negeri Surabaya. A total of 996 students were used as research samples by using a simple purposive sampling technique. The results show that the average readiness in the aspects of teaching skills as much as 81.78% of students said they are ready, while the average readiness in the aspect of mastering technology is 88.59% so that it can be stated that students as prospective VHS teachers are very ready to face the world of work. Vocational teacher candidates already have good teaching skills because they are equipped with various theories and practices directly to the school, from skills to close the open lesson, even drafting learning lessons so that they have the experience they are prepared to use in the world of work. In the ability to master technology, vocational teacher candidates already have a good readiness to use technology in learning, such as accessing various Microsoft programs.

Abstract

This study aims to produce ICT-based learning media for Vocational High Schools (VHS) in the form of ICT-based accounting multimedia application, named “Multimedia Akuntansi” (MAKSI) on bank reconciliation material. The development of learning media is done because of the limited number of innovative learning media available for VHS students, especially in the accounting field. The condition is influential on the students' low level of understanding. This research was research and development using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The use of the ADDIE model is because the model is flexible, so it can be used for learning instrument development. At each phase of development, evaluation and revision were conducted so that the resulting product became a valid and reliable product. This development resulted in MAKSI proven to be suitable for use in accounting learning. The feasibility of MAKSI was evaluated from the average score of product feasibility validation from the material expert by 87%, from the media expert of 96%, and the result of the students' evaluation by 88.7%. MAKSI can help the learning process more enjoyable so that the media is interesting and proven to improve students' understanding significantly. MAKSI can be a complement, alternative, and variation of learning media in VHS. This product can be operated via laptops/computers as well as smartphones through free downloads in Play Store. The utilization of MAKSI is in accordance with the curriculum demand on the utilization of ICT in the learning process to support independent and student-centered learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan alat evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis ICT menggunakan aplikasi Wondershare Quiz Creator pada materi penyusutan aset tetap kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri di Surabaya yang teruji layak digunakan dalam evaluasi pembelajaran serta memperoleh respon positif dari siswa. Alat evaluasi ini dikembangkan dengan model ADDIE yang dikemukakan oleh Reiser dan Mollenda. Uji coba dilakukan pada 21 siswa kelas XII Akuntansi yang terdiri dari masing-masing 7 siswa dari SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya, SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya, dan SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembah telaah dan lembar validasi ahli materi, lembah telaah dan lembar validasi ahli media, analisis soal, dan angket pendapat siswa. Hasil data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan teknik persentase. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi memperoleh skor 86% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan validasi dari ahli media memperoleh skor 96% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Butir soal kemudian dianalisis dan diuji cobakan kepada siswa dengan perolehan rata-rata persentase pendapat siswa sebesar 85% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil keseluruhan validasi ahli dan uji coba terbatas diperoleh rata-rata skor 89% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat evaluasi yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan dalam evaluasi pembelajaran serta memperoleh respon positif dari siswa.. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of PowToon learning media, discipline and learning environment partially or simultaneously with learning learning results. This study uses a quantitative approach with 61 population students. The specified sample method is saturated sampling. Data was collected by a questionnaire. Data analysis with multiple linear regressions. The results of the survey conclude that: (1) The important effect of Powtoon learning media on financial accounting learning outcomes is the result of t count = 3.184> ttable = 2.002. (2) In the result of t count = 2,650> t table = 2,002, the learning outcome of financial accounting has an important influence of learning discipline. (3) In the result of t count = 3.136> t table = 2.002, the learning outcome of financial accounting has a great influence on the learning environment. (4) Powtoon learning media, learning discipline, and learning environment have a great influence on the learning outcomes of financial accounting, as well as the results of Fcount> Ftable, ie 4.908> 2.76.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan laboratorium virtual akuntansi yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran praktikum perpajakan secara daring (online). Tahapan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain produk, pembuatan produk, uji coba dan evaluasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan akuntansi yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah perpajakan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket untuk uji kelayakan materi dan media serta respon pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media laboratorium virtual akuntansi yang dikembangkan memperoleh penilaian dari ahli materi sebesar 91 % dengan kategori sangat layak, dan penilaian dari ahli media sebesar 84 % dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil angket respon mahasiswa menunjukkan 93 % mahasiswa lebih mudah memahami materi perpajakan dengan menggunakan laboratorium virtual akuntansi. Hasil Pre Tes dan Pos Tes juga menunjukkan nilai rata - rata yang mengalami peningkatan dari 62,27 menjadi 78,64. Hal ini berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa laboratorium virtual akuntansi yang dikembangkan sangat layak untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran praktikum karena mampu meningkatkan pemahaman materi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all fields, especially education, which requires learning to be done online. Therefore the use of online learning media and learning behavior is important to study to determine the effect on learning outcomes in the form of understanding. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of online learning media and the learning behavior students on the level of accounting understanding in the Accounting Introduction course. The sample in this study was 63 undergraduate students of Accounting Education class 2020. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, while data analysis using multiple regression. The results: (1). The use of online learning media has an effect on the level of accounting understanding with the t-count> t-table, namely 3,345>1,67022, (2). Learning behavior affects the level of accounting understanding as evidenced by t-count> t-table, namely 2,995>1,67022 and (3). The use of online learning media and student accounting learning behavior simultaneously affects the level of accounting understanding as evidenced by the value of F-count>F-table, namely 23,179>3,15. The conclusion of this study is the use of online learning media and student learning behavior affects the level of accounting understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to create a learning device product for class XI Tax Administration subjects in the form of interactive multimedia based on a website which is expected to have a good feasibility and level of effectiveness. This product is called DIGITAX (Digital Tax Administration Media). This research is a development research with the ADDIE model covering analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Product testing was carried out at SMK Ketintang Surabaya in class XI AKL 1 with a total of 20 students. The results of the study showed that the validation of the material and media experts obtained very feasible criteria. The student's response obtained very good criteria. So it can be concluded that web-based interactive multimedia learning media in Tax Administration subjects is very feasible to be applied as a medium in online and conventional learning activities.

Abstract

Pengadaan riset guna mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital, tingkat pendapatan orang tua dan e-learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI perbankan dan keuangan mikro di SMK Negeri 2 Kediri di masa pandemi. Tipe riset ini kuantitatif. Instrumen yang dipakai berupa kuisioner.Teknik penghimpunan sampel dengan simple random sampling dengan keseluruhan total sampel yang dibutuhkan 42 siswa. Penganalisisan data melalui path analysis dengan SPSS 25. Hasil riset memperlihatkan bahwasanya (1) literasi digital, tingkat pendapatan orang tua dan e-learning secara bersamaan berpengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa dengan signifikan positif dan nilai koefisiennya 76% sedangkan sisanya 24% dipengaruhi variabel eksternal lainnya, (2) literasi digital secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai ttabel<thitung yaitu 2,018 <15,554 dengan nilai signifikan 0<0,05 (3) tingkat pendapatan orang tua mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa secara positif dan signifikan dengan nilai dari thitung 5,766 > 2,018 ttabel dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0 < 0,05, (4) terdapat pengaruh e-learning secara positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai thitung 10,346 > 2,018 ttabel dengan signifikansi 0 < 0,05

Abstract

Riset ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengembangankan media asemen berbasis HOTS berbantuan aplikasi classpoint pada mata pelajaran layanan lembaga keuangan syariah, mengukur tingkat kelayakan media yang digunakan sebagai asesmen pembelajaran dan respon peserta didik mengenai media asesmen berbantuan aplikasi classpoint. Motode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek uji coba yakni kelas XII-Layanan Perbankan Syariah 2 di SMKN 2 Kota Mojokerto. Berdasarkan riset diperoleh hasil sebesar 91,60% dengan kategori penilaian sangat layak dari para ahli grafis dan ahli evaluasi. Hasil nilai yang diperoleh oleh ahli grafis sebesar 89,75% dan ahli evaluasi sebesar 93,46%. Sedangkan persentase nilai yang diperoleh dari respon peserta didik terhadap media asesmen adalah sebsar 97,10% dengan kategori penilaian sangat layak. Menurut hasil uji coba terbatas mendapatkan respon yang baik dari peserta didik terhadap media asesmen berbantuan aplikasi classpoint dan mempermudahkan peserta didik dalam kegiatan asesmen pembelajaran. Dengan demikian diperoleh hasil akhir bahwa media asesmen berbasis HOTS berbantuan aplikasi classpoint dapat dinyatakan layak dengan diperoleh hasil akhir dengan rata-rata presentae ≥ 61%.
