<![CDATA[This study aims to develop a digital flipbook comic learning media assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI) on biodiversity material and test its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 2 Medan. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a mixed-methods approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects involved 36 students of grade X-11 in the 2025/2026 academic year. The research stages started from needs analysis, media design, development validated by material, media, and design experts, to the implementation stage in the experimental class with a quasi-experimental design. The results showed that the digital flipbook comic media was very feasible to use with a high validation score. The practicality test through teacher and student responses showed a very practical category. Analysis of learning outcome data showed a significant increase in the experimental class compared to the control class, with an average posttest score of 83.05 and an N-Gain value of 0.6574 (moderate category). An Independent Sample t-test (0.000 < 0.05) demonstrated a significant difference in learning outcomes.
