<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the role of the General Citizenship Course in shaping the national identity of students at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta). The research is motivated by the phenomenon of weakening national identity among students due to the influences of globalization, information technology advancements, and the influx of foreign cultures. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the General Citizenship Course plays a role in enhancing students' understanding of national identity, internalizing national values—such as patriotism, tolerance, and responsibility—and fostering the implementation of national identity in campus life through respect for diversity, adherence to rules, and participation in student activities. Thus, the General Citizenship Course plays a significant role in shaping students' national identity, although further strengthening is still needed regarding the application of national values in daily life.]]>
