Learning conditions in elementary schools still show that the use of interactive digital media is not optimal, accompanied by low student learning motivation which makes the learning process tend to be passive and less interesting, even though interactive digital media has the potential to create more active learning and increase student involvement, so this study aims to develop and test the validity and effectiveness of interactive digital learning media on solar system material for grade V of elementary schools using the Borg and Gall R&D method which is simplified into eight stages, with data collection through observation, interviews, expert validation questionnaires, response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests which are analyzed descriptively quantitatively, and the results of the study show that the media is valid from the aspects of material, media, and language and is effective with an average value of 87.40% in a trial of 22 students so that it is suitable for use as an alternative to science learning in elementary schools.
