<![CDATA[This study examines the effect of the strictness of disciplinary sanctions on student compliance with school rules at SMAS Dharma Wanita 01 Bululawang. Using a quantitative approach and a correlational design, this study investigates the relationship between the implementation of fairness, proportionality, and the educational impact of sanctions and the disciplinary behavior reported by students. Data were collected from a sample of 17 students using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The findings indicate that the implementation of the school’s sanction system falls into the positive category and aligns with high levels of disciplinary behavior. A strong positive correlation was found between the firmness of procedural justice (r = 0.947), the proportionality of sanctions (r = 0.894), and the educational impact (r = 0.947) with student disciplinary behavior. This indicates that sanctions enforced firmly, fairly, and with an educational focus are effective in improving compliance.]]>
