<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education in class X TKJ 2 at SMKS Yadika Jambi. The purpose of this study was to improve students’ learning outcomes through the Think, Talk, Write (TTW) learning model. This research employed Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles involving 26 students. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The results showed that the Think, Talk, Write (TTW) learning model improved students’ learning outcomes. The average score increased from 68.65 with a mastery percentage of 38.46% in the pre-cycle to 75.38 with 69.23% mastery in Cycle I, and to 80.96 with 84.61% mastery in Cycle II. In addition, students’ learning activities also improved. Therefore, the Think, Talk, Write (TTW) learning model was effective in improving students’ learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education.
