This study aimed to determine the relationship between flexibility and dollyo chagi kick performance among female taekwondo athletes in Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. The research was correlational in nature, employing a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The population and sample consisted of 30 female taekwondo athletes selected through total sampling. The independent variable (X) was flexibility, measured using the side split test, while the dependent variable (Y) was dollyo chagi kick performance, measured through the ratio of kick height to body height. Data were analyzed using the Liliefors normality test and Pearson Product Moment correlation, followed by a t-test. The results showed a correlation coefficient of r = -0.7205 with tcount = 5.4979 > ttable = 2.0484 at a significance level of α = 0.05 (p = 0.000; p<0.05), indicating that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. Both instruments were standardized instruments based on the measurement norms of Widiastuti (2021), thereby satisfying content validity for measuring flexibility and dollyo chagi kick performance. The negative sign occurred because the side split instrument uses an inverse scale, meaning the relationship is functionally positive and strong. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 51.91% indicates the effective contribution of flexibility to dollyo chagi kick performance. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between flexibility and dollyo chagi kick performance among female taekwondo athletes in Rejang Lebong Regency.
