<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the strategy for managing digital library books using the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) at the Library of the Language Development and Cultivation Agency, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen). The study is motivated by the importance of systematic digital collection management amid the rapid digital transformation of library services, as well as the technical and managerial obstacles faced by librarians in optimizing the automation system. A qualitative approach was applied using a descriptive qualitative method and a naturalistic field research design. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews with the head of the library, librarians, and library users, and documentation studies. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that digital book management through SLiMS covers the stages of planning, acquisition, metadata processing, storage, access services through OPAC and QR Code, and digital preservation. The main obstacles identified are the limited number of librarians with digital management competencies and inadequate server capacity. Efforts to address these obstacles include improving human resource competence through training, strengthening server infrastructure, and standardizing metadata processing procedures. This research is expected to serve as a strategic reference for the development of digital collection management in government library institutions.]]>
