This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in the Science and Social Studies (IPAS) subject. This study aims to determine whether the use of pictorial media can help improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 1 Toto Mulyo. This study employs Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. Data collection techniques in this study utilize observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate an increase from cycle I to cycle II. This improvement is demonstrated by the student learning outcomes, which reached 55.60% in cycle I and increased to 88.90% in cycle II, representing an increase of 33.30% from cycle I to cycle II. Based on the learning outcome data, it can be concluded that the use of pictorial learning media can serve as a tool to improve student learning outcomes
