Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh langsung antara (1) keadilan prosedural terhadap kinerja, (2) kinerja PO Sonjob, dan (3) keadilan prosedural pada POS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Dalam penelitian ini dipilih 81 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian berdasarkan teknik acak (simple random sampling). Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MIN Natar Lampung Selatan terhadap pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut temuan penelitian: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif keadilan prosedural terhadap prestasi kerja, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dari keadilan prosedural terhadap prestasi kerja. pengaruh langsung positif POS terhadap prestasi kerja, dan (3) ada pengaruh langsung positif antara keadilan prosedural dan POS

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar yang sebelumnya dilaksanakan secara tatap muka antara guru dan siswa secara langsung, kini berubah semenjak pandemik Covid-19 yang penyebarannya sangat cepat. Penyebaran virus covid-19 bisa melalui muntahan, tetesan air liur dan kontak dekat tanpa pelindung sehingga tidak memungkinkan melakukan pembelajaran tatap muka seperti biasanya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara selama kegitan penelitian ditemukan bahwa proses pembelajaran di MI Miftahul Ulum Tulung Jaya di lakukan atau di laksanakan secara daring dan luring. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring di lakukan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi WhatsApp Group. Sedangkan untuk luring siswa dapat mangambil materi dan tugas di sekolah. kegitan ini di lakukan karena kurangnya ketersidiaan fasilitas dalam pembelajaran daring, jaringan internet yang kurang mendukung dan guru kurang menguasai dalam pemanfaatan teknologi

Abstract

One aspect of reading the Al-Quran by Santri is their understanding of the science of recitation. Get to know the applicable laws of scientific reading. The standards for reading the Koran are known as tajwid, which includes the laws of reading nun sukun and tanwin, mim sukun, and the properties of letters. The science of tajwid is the science of reading the Koran correctly. Includes generating the sound of letters from their original position (makhraj), based on the nature of the sound (nature), understanding the implications of the properties of letters, and understanding when to stop reading (waqaf) and continue reading (ibtida). Fardu kifayah is a statutory regulation that regulates the study of the science of recitation but can be applied. Several problems researchers found during their research at TPQ Darussalam Dusun Tegalrejo, some of which were related to understanding recitation learning. Researchers found that the lack of experience of some Santri reading the Al-Quran had an impact on their capacity to read the Al-Quran. Participatory Action Research, or PAR, is the methodology that will be applied in this research. The aim of this research paradigm, known as Participatory Action Research, is to teach recitation knowledge to students to improve their ability to read the Al-Quran.

Abstract

The method of learning PAI is usually only with the lecture method and does not utilize other learning media, so that learning becomes less effective and interesting and even makes students bored and boring. This research focuses on the goal of increasing students' interest and understanding at MTS Daarul Ihya by implementing audio-visual-based Islamic religious education (PAI) learning media. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis uses interactive which consists of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To test the validity of the data, researchers used source triangulation. The results showed that the use of audio visual media as a learning medium can increase students' interest and enthusiasm and understanding of Islamic religious education subjects, then the use of audio visual-based learning media can also increase the effectiveness of teachers in delivering material to students.

Abstract

Informatics and technology are widespread in everyday life. So we cannot avoid using technology. In the world of education, the use of informatics and technology has not been fully utilized. This happens because of the lack of teacher ability in operating the technology. This has inspired us to carry out teacher mentoring activities in making learning media (sparkol videoscribe). This assistance uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR). The purpose of this community service is to assist the creation of sparkol videoscribe learning media that integrates Islamic values for MI Miftahul Ulum teachers, Tulung Jaya, East Lampung. The research subject is the teacher at the school. The results of the study showed that in three cycles all members of the workshop understood well the material presented by the teacher. It is proven that in general their understanding reaches 81%.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology needs to be exploited in the world of education and learning. The research aims to develop interactive learning media through Classpoint applications on fikih chapter Mawārits subjects. This research uses the research and development (R&D) methodology with the development model of Robert Maribe Branch namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. (ADDIE). The research was conducted during the month of March until April 2024 at MTs N 4 Bantul. Subjects in this study are students of grade 9H MTs N 4 Bantul TA 2023/2024. The quality of the media developed according to the validation of the material expert was 90%. According to the media expert validation results were 95%. As for the percentage of elevation results of the teacher's response to the subject was 87.5%. The elevation result of the student response was 90.33%. Therefore, the interactive learning media through the application Classpoint on the subject fikih chap Mawārits deserves to be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Connection ability is one of the mathematical skills standards that students must possess. Mathematical connection ability is the capability to relate mathematics to other fields of study as well as to mathematics itself. In the mathematics instruction for Class X MP 2, based on the results of an initial assessment, it was found that only 20% of students had a sufficiently good connection ability, while the remaining 80% lacked this skill. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using the discovery learning model to improve the mathematical connection ability of Class X students at SMK Negeri 5 Madiun in exponent material. The study uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, conducted over two cycles. The subjects of the study were 31 students from Class X MP 2 at SMK Negeri 5 Madiun. The study was conducted through several stages in each cycle, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of this study showed an increase in students' mathematical connection abilities through the application of the discovery learning model. Learning using the discovery learning model in mathematics for Class X MP 2 at SMK Negeri 5 Madiun can enhance students' mathematical connection abilities from 46.67% in the pre-cycle, 68.33% in Cycle I, to 78.3% in Cycle II.
