This study aimed to develop a cognitive neuroscience-based e-book for Indonesian language learning to improve fourth-grade elementary students' listening and reading skills. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The research subjects were fourth-grade students of UPT SPF SD Negeri 101770 Tembung. Data were collected through interviews, observations, validation questionnaires, response questionnaires, and learning achievement tests. The developed product was validated by material and media experts before being implemented in classroom learning. The findings indicated that the developed e-book met the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The integration of cognitive neuroscience principles through multisensory learning activities, visual illustrations, audio narration, interactive exercises, and structured learning sequences increased students' engagement and improved their listening and reading abilities. Therefore, the cognitive neuroscience-based e-book is appropriate for use as an innovative instructional material in Indonesian language learning at the elementary school level.
