<![CDATA[Adequate sports facilities and infrastructure play an important role in supporting athlete development and training effectiveness. This study aimed to determine the level of athlete satisfaction with the facilities and infrastructure provided by Tangsi Bhayangkara Volleyball Club, Nganjuk, in 2026 using the SERVQUAL dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. A descriptive quantitative survey design was employed involving 37 active athletes selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a validated and reliable Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. The findings revealed that the overall athlete satisfaction level reached 71.97%, which falls into the high category. Among the SERVQUAL dimensions, assurance obtained the highest score (72.95%), while responsiveness recorded the lowest (71.10%); however, all dimensions remained within the high category. These findings indicate that the club's facilities and infrastructure generally meet athletes' training needs by providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive training environment. The study implies that maintaining and continuously improving sports facilities and service quality can enhance athlete satisfaction and contribute to more effective athlete development.]]>
