<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the use of learning media in increasing the motivation to learn maharah lughawiyah (Arabic language skills) among students at Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah Jakarta. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation , with Arabic language teachers and students as the primary research subjects. Data analysis was conducted through three stages: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions , while data validity was ensured using source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that Arabic teachers utilize various conventional and digital learning media—such as textbooks, flashcards, projectors, audio recordings, conversation videos, and interactive touch screens—tailored to the learning materials. The utilization of these diverse media effectively increases student motivation, as evidenced by enhanced attention, active participation, and greater confidence in language practice. Furthermore, learning media are integrated into daily boarding school programs managed by the student organization (OSDN), including projector-assisted "ilqo' mufrodat" (vocabulary delivery) and weekly Arabic movie screenings. This integration plays a critical role in strengthening the language environment (bi'ah lughawiyah) and supporting the official language policy. However, challenges remain, such as limited technological facilities in some classrooms and varying digital literacy levels among students. Therefore, continuous institutional support for digital facilities and ongoing teacher training are required to optimize learning media implementation.]]>
