The admission process for new students (PPDB) and its reporting to Dapodik at SMA IT Atta'awun Sukaresmi currently faces operational constraints due to manual data management, leading to data redundancy and reporting delays. This study aims to design a web-based PPDB and Dapodik reporting information system using the Prototyping method to enhance school administrative efficiency. The system development focuses on creating rapid interface prototypes based on initial user requirements, which are then iteratively evaluated and validated together with school stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational needs. This research delivers a verified system design blueprint and user interface prototype tailored to minimize data entry errors and accelerate the administrative reporting process at SMA IT Atta'awun Sukaresmi.
