Abstract

KUD Mandiri Bayongbong merupakan koperasi fungsional yang masih aktif dalam industri pengelolaan susu dan peternakan sapi perah. Industri ini termasuk dalam SDGs pada bagian Industri, Inovasi dan Infrastruktur. Adapun permasalahan dalam objek ini yaitu pendataan dan pengarsipan data yang masih dilakukan menggunakan excel serta belum adanya aplikasi yang mendukung dalam proses persediaan industri pengelolaan susu sehingga tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapakan. Dalam konteks industri pengelolaan susu, perancangan sistem informasi SCM yang efektif dan efisien sangat penting untuk mengoptimalkan proses produksi, distribusi, memastikan ketersediaan stok yang cukup dalam persediaan susu, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan meminimalkan biaya produksi. Selain itu, dalam perancangan SCM ini, diperlukan penggunaan metode OADP yang membantu menyelaraskan proses bisnis, data, aplikasi dan teknologi yang ada dengan visi dari objek kajian. Metode OADP memiliki langkah yang sistematis dan terstruktur dalam pengembangan aplikasi dan sistem informasi. Dengan mengikuti langkah- langkah OADP, dapat memastikan sistem informasi yang dibangun dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik serta kinerja yang baik. Sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi, serta mempercepat pengambilan keputusan yang tepat terkait manajemen persediaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebuah perancangan SCM yang dapat diterapkan di industri pengelolaan susu dan melakukan pengukuran menggunakan kuisioner Value and Risk Assesment

Abstract

Nuurul Muttaqiin Plus Middle School does not yet use a web-based information system, still manually using a regular recording book. This information system is an information system used to help manage the implementation of extracurricular activities. So that the management of activities can be controlled and recorded well. In developing the extracurricular management information system at SMP Plus Nuurul Muttaqiin, the waterfall method was used for data collection. This information system was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This web-based extracurricular management information system testing method uses black box and usability testing. The result of this research is a website-based information system that can make it easier for teachers and extracurricular members to collect data on the implementation of extracurricular activities so that they can be well controlled. The results of testing the software developed obtained a functionality score of 1 (Good), testing the usability aspect obtained results with a percentage of 94.66% (Very Feasible).Keywords : information system, extracurricular management, waterfall, website

Abstract

This study addresses the development of a web-based patient complaint management system at Puskesmas Tarogong. The aim is to facilitate patients in submitting complaints about the services they receive, thus improving the overall quality of healthcare services. Traditional complaint processes often require significant effort and time from patients, such as physically visiting the healthcare facility and waiting for responses. The proposed system allows patients to submit and track complaints in real-time, from anywhere and at any time, without the need for a physical visit. This system also enables healthcare staff to respond to complaints more efficiently, thereby enhancing patient satisfaction. Furthermore, real-time access to complaint data helps Puskesmas Tarogong identify areas needing improvement and take appropriate measures to enhance their services. The implementation of this system is expected to significantly improve the quality of healthcare services by ensuring effective and efficient complaint handling. Abstract

The development of a website application for booking train and bus tickets aims to enhance user experience in travel services, specifically for Safara'al Tour and Travel. This app addresses existing challenges in online ticket booking by offering an intuitive platform for users to select schedules, purchase tickets, and make payments seamlessly. Utilizing the waterfall software development model, the project encompasses user needs analysis, application design, testing, and implementation. Key features include schedule searches, seat selection, online payments, and booking confirmations. The application is expected to improve booking efficiency and user satisfaction while supporting the growth of Safara'al Tour and Travel in the competitive travel industry

Abstract

Effective transaction data management is crucial for the operation of BRILink, particularly for agents who act as intermediaries between the bank and customers. This research aims to design and develop a web-based Project Management Information System to efficiently manage transaction reports. The system supports the recording, processing, and presentation of transaction data in a more structured and easily accessible manner for BRILink agents, thereby enhancing operational productivity.The research method includes requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), web framework-based implementation, and testing to ensure functionality. The results show that the developed system can improve the efficiency of report management, reduce data input errors, and provide quick and accurate reports. Equipped with data security features and an intuitive interface, this system is expected to support more effective BRILink agent operations and enhance customer service experiences.

Abstract

The appropriate use of digital technology can support the development of digital literacy in Jayamekar Village, Pakenjeng District. This study examines community empowerment through digital literacy by coordinating with the Village Head to understand the village's profile and conditions. An initial survey revealed a low level of digital literacy. The implemented program included creating email accounts and providing digital literacy training. As a result, the community's understanding and skills significantly improved, leading to positive impacts on the promotion and marketing of local products.

Abstract

As the volume of data generated by various entities continues to grow, the challenges in managing and searching for data become increasingly complex, including in document and letter management within organizations. Desa Katapang, located in Katapang District, Bandung Regency, faces challenges in managing administrative letters and documents manually, which increases the risk of data loss and inaccuracies. To address this issue, a web-based letter archiving information system was developed to enhance efficiency, productivity, and document management security. This system enables digital storage, reducing the dependency on physical archives, and allows for fast and accurate document retrieval. In developing this system, the waterfall methodology was employed, covering stages such as needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Additionally, project management was applied through the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) approaches to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. The results of the study show that this project is feasible to implement, with an ROI (Return on Investment) of 1.4 and an IRR (Internal Rate of Return) of 41%. With this system, Desa Katapang can improve services to the community, optimize document management processes, and reduce the risks associated with manual archiving.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) in efforts to streamline public services needs to be implemented at the village level. ICT can not only enhance services but also be beneficial in data processing, which can be used for development planning, supporting community welfare, and many other benefits. This study aims to identify the readiness for ICT implementation in terms of human resources, infrastructure, institutions, and budget, and to assess the services provided through ICT. The method used is a survey with the research location in Hegarmanah Village, Bungbulang Sub-district, Garut Regency. The findings of this study indicate a limited utilization of technology in marketing products within entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The purpose of this pkm is to build and develop a digital library school at SMK AS-SALAM which may offer more effectivity and efficiency of managing the school’s library. The method used on this research is waterfall method, one of methodologies which refers to waterfall, in this case each phase goes downward systematically, they are requirements, design, implementation, verification and maintenance. Information system digital library school provides librarian to manage certain processes such as user management, book management, book reserve, book history, stock book report, book reserve report and book fines report. The system works well for administrator and members which are students and teachers. Every member would get the system access if administrator inputs members data. Therefore, librarian would be able to maximize their jobs in library with short amount of time than use traditional way such as write report or create library members card.

Abstract

BRILink Cuan Komunika Garut is one of the service extensions of Bank Rakyat Indonesia that facilitates financial transactions for the community. However, the current manual customer service system creates several issues, such as disorganized queues, delays in cash deposits, and inefficiency in cash withdrawals. This study aims to design a web-mobile-based customer service information system capable of managing digital queue numbers to ensure more orderly, faster, and flexible services. The research method applies a software engineering approach using the Waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and analysis of existing systems. The system was developed using HTML, PHP, and MySQL as the database, supported by the jQuery Mobile framework for responsive interfaces across mobile devices. System testing was conducted using the black-box testing method to verify that all functions operate according to user requirements. The results indicate that the proposed system improves service effectiveness, reduces potential conflicts caused by manual queues, and provides a better user experience in accessing BRILink services.
