<![CDATA[Technological advancements in education encourage educators to utilize innovative learning media to foster an active and engaging learning process that enhances student learning outcomes. In reality, instruction in Pancasila Education at the elementary school level still relies heavily on printed textbooks and instructional videos, resulting in suboptimal student participation and motivation. This study aims to develop learning media in the form of an interactive PowerPoint presentation integrated with the Scratch website for the Pancasila Education subject for fifth-grade elementary students. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which comprises the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Research instruments included expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. Data analysis involved assessing the media's validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The results indicate that the developed media achieved a "highly valid" rating based on assessments by subject matter, media, and language experts. Furthermore, the media was deemed highly practical based on teacher and student feedback and proved effective in improving learning outcomes, as evidenced by the increase in students scores following instruction. Based on these findings, the interactive PowerPoint media supported by the Scratch website is deemed suitable for use in Pancasila Education lessons for fifth-grade elementary students.]]>
