<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the improvement of students' learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) through the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach and to describe the learning process using this approach in fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 101731 Sunggal. The study employs Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Arikunto model, consisting of two cycles that include planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects are 34 fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 101731 Sunggal in the 2025/2026 academic year. The research instruments include teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, and IPAS learning achievement tests in the form of multiple-choice questions. Data were collected through observation and tests, while data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The expected results of this study indicate that the implementation of the CTL approach can improve students' learning outcomes, learning activities, and participation by connecting learning materials with real-life contexts. Furthermore, this study is expected to provide an effective alternative learning approach to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools.]]>
