This study aimed to produce a valid, practical, and effective Deep Learning-based electronic student worksheet (E-LKPD) on the topic of biodiversity to enhance the critical thinking skills of 10th-grade high school students. The critical thinking indicators fostered included interpretation, analysis, inference, explanation, evaluation, and self-regulation. This study employed a development research design using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Research instruments included validation sheets, implementation observation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and pre-test and post-test question sheets. Trials were conducted with 30 10th-grade students at SMAN 1 Tarik, Sidoarjo. The results indicated that the E-LKPD was highly valid (98.8%) and highly practical, with an implementation rate of 97.12%, positive teacher responses (100%), and positive student responses (95.68%). It was also highly effective based on student learning mastery measured against the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP). The biodiversity E-LKPD, developed using a deep learning approach, was deemed valid, practical, and effective for use in 10th-grade high school biology instruction.
