This study aimed to develop a web-based digital learning media for the Computer Systems topic for seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Batu Ampar and to determine: (1) the development process of the web-based digital learning media for the Computer Systems topic, (2) the feasibility of the media based on evaluations by design experts, media experts, and subject matter experts, and (3) students’ responses to the developed learning media. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model. The research subjects consisted of one design expert, one media expert, one subject matter expert, one Informatics teacher, and seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Batu Ampar, including 8 students in the small-scale trial and 26 students in the large-scale trial. The validation results showed that the developed media obtained an average score of 4.48 from the design expert, 4.59 from the media expert, and 4.61 from the subject matter expert, all of which were categorized as highly feasible. The small-scale trial obtained an average score of 4.31, while the large-scale trial obtained an average score of 4.51, both of which were categorized as very good. Therefore, the developed web-based digital learning media was declared highly feasible for use in learning the Computer Systems topic and received very positive responses from the students.
